Rhys is a NSCA Level III Instructor and has over 17 years of shooting and teaching experience.  Level III is the highest certification attainable in the NSCA and Rhys is the only instructor that teaches in Maryland with this level of certification.	Rhys welcomes every type of student, from competitive, intermediate, beginner or recreational. Rhys is the Chief Instructor at the Prince George's Trap & Skeet center and also teaches at First Mine Run, Home Waters Club, Pintail Point & Hopkins Game Farm.
Rhys is a NSCA Master Class Competitor and works hard to share his knowledge with others.	Rhys also promotes the shooting sports in the media and has done several TV segments with the American Hunter and local TV stations.
